Terms of Service

In Touch Cleaning LLC

1. 1

   Estimates

   All estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Prices may be adjusted if the condition of the property or the scope of work differs from what was originally discussed.

2. 2

   Payment

   Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept approved payment methods including cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. 3

   Cancellations & Rescheduling

   Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. 4

   Access to Property

   The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time, a lockout or missed appointment fee may apply.

   Satisfaction Guarantee

   If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address any areas of concern.

   Safety

   For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, contains hazardous materials, or presents health or safety risks.

7. 7

   Personal Belongings

   Clients are encouraged to secure valuable or fragile items before the cleaning appointment. While we take great care, In Touch Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that were improperly secured.

8. 8

   Pets

   We are happy to work in homes with pets. For the safety of both pets and our staff, clients are asked to secure any aggressive or anxious animals during the cleaning.

9. 9

   Scope of Services

   Our services are limited to the tasks agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional cleaning requests may require additional time and charges.

10. 10

    Liability

    In Touch Cleaning LLC is fully insured. Any claims regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service so they can be promptly investigated.

11. 11

    Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or nonpayment.
